Did you know only 30% of our health is determined by our genes, whereas 70% is determined by lifestyle, external and environmental factors? Breaking down healing methods: what options exist and which are right for me?
Course Description:
This course is for anyone who wants to know their options when it comes to healing methods and modalities. Dozens upon dozens exist and it can be overwhelming knowing where to start, where to find them, and which ones are right for you. It is an all-too-common story for people to frantically swap methods from one week to the next. Or to be left confused after seeing a post on “You MUST do this!” but then see one next week that says “NO…this is what you need to do!” And all the while, still be left feeling like crap.
Understanding healing methods and which ones are right for you stem from:
1. Knowing your unique root causes. See Course #2 on understanding root causes to help decipher why you’re experiencing mysterious symptoms. Knowing your root causes will lead to tailored healing protocols that are specific to that cause. For example, root causes of mold toxicity and heavy metals both mean you need to detox. But how you detox will vary. Having answers to your root causes from course #2 and from a practitioner/labwork will be important for this section of the course.
2. Knowing how to choose the best management methods for your specific symptoms. While it’s very meaningful to understand your specific root causes, this section of the course will help you with symptom management to be more comfortable. There are multiple ways to feel relief in the body, even if we don’t have answers to what’s going on.
3. Knowing that you are bio-individual. This is important! This is what many people don’t realize – what works for one person may not work for you. We all vary physiologically and respond to methods differently. This is why you may try something that didn’t work for you but others have sworn by. Finding what works for YOU is one of the things we’ll discuss in this course.
